1. Who operates SILAA

SILAA is a non-custodial, read-only on-chain route comparison tool maintained by the SILAA project and the SILAA team ("SILAA", "we", "us"). You can reach us at admin@silaa.finance. Our website is https://silaa.finance.

2. What SILAA does

SILAA compares on-chain swap routes from third-party aggregators and shows an indicative, deterministically scored comparison. SILAA is non-custodial and read-only: it does not hold funds, execute swaps, sign transactions, or broadcast transactions.

3. Data we do not collect

We do not collect or request any of the following: private keys; seed phrases; mnemonics; passwords; custody credentials; precise location; or your contacts.

Never paste a seed phrase or private key into SILAA — SILAA will never ask for one.

4. Wallet and public address

If you choose to use wallet-connection features (for example via WalletConnect / Reown), your public wallet address may be visible to the app and to the wallet-connection provider in order to display information such as balances or history. A public wallet address is not a private key. Route comparison itself does not require a wallet, custody, or any private key.

5. Route and quote data

To compare routes, parameters such as chain ID, token addresses, input amount, and quote parameters may be processed by our backend (https://api.silaa.finance) and by the third-party providers below. No private key or signing material is required or processed for comparison.

6. Third-party services

• Routing and quote providers, such as 0x and 1inch (read-only price/quote endpoints).
• Chain / RPC providers used for on-chain reads where applicable.
• WalletConnect / Reown, only if you use wallet-connection features.
• Some SILAA clients may use font-loading mechanisms such as Google Fonts; where applicable, such requests may be handled by the font provider under its own policies.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

7. No transaction signing or broadcasting by SILAA

SILAA does not sign or broadcast transactions. Any actual swap you choose to perform happens in your own wallet, outside SILAA.

8. Security

We minimize data handling by design: no accounts, and no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. No system is perfectly secure, so please use SILAA at your own discretion.

9. Children

SILAA is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
