By using SILAA you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SILAA.

2. Informational, read-only tool

SILAA is an informational, read-only route-comparison tool. It displays indicative, estimated comparisons of third-party quotes.

3. No financial or investment advice

Nothing in SILAA is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. SILAA does not recommend any asset, trade, or transaction.

4. Non-custodial; no execution

SILAA is non-custodial. It does not hold funds, sign transactions, or execute or broadcast swaps. Any transaction you perform is your own action in your own wallet.

5. Quotes are estimates and may change

Displayed outputs, gas estimates, price impact, and scores are indicative and may change between the moment you view them and any action you take. SILAA does not guarantee the best price, the best route, or successful execution.

6. Third-party providers

Quotes and on-chain data come from third parties (for example 0x, 1inch, RPC providers, and WalletConnect / Reown). SILAA is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or conduct.

7. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting, and for your own transactions, wallet, and keys.

8. Crypto risks

Using crypto assets involves significant risk. Please read the Risk Disclaimer.

9. Availability

SILAA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the SILAA project and the SILAA team are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SILAA. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
